Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Bltz-Corp (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects data in the course of providing its reporting services, including data accessed through the LinkedIn Marketing API.

1. Who we are

Bltz-Corp provides reporting infrastructure that consolidates advertising performance and lead-generation data into dashboards for our clients. We act as a data processor on behalf of the clients whose advertising accounts we are authorized to manage. For any question regarding this policy or your data, contact us at paulpro.guinard@gmail.com.

2. Data we access and collect

To deliver our reporting services, we access and process the following categories of data, strictly for the advertising accounts and LinkedIn Pages on which the authenticated user holds a valid role:

3. How we use data

We use the data described above only to:

We do not sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose this data to any third party. We do not combine or aggregate data across clients. Each client's data is logically isolated and accessible only to that client and to authorized Bltz-Corp administrators.

4. Compliance with the LinkedIn Marketing API

Our use of LinkedIn data complies with the LinkedIn Marketing API Terms of Use and the LinkedIn Platform Guidelines. We only access data for accounts on which the authenticated member has been granted an appropriate role by the account owner. If that role is revoked, our access to the corresponding data ceases immediately. We do not use LinkedIn data for any purpose other than the reporting and optimization services described in this policy.

5. Data storage and security

Data is stored in a secured, access-controlled database. OAuth tokens and other credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted through authentication and role-based permissions, and each client's data is partitioned so that one client can never access another client's data. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration or destruction.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our reporting services. A client may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us, and we will delete the corresponding data from our systems. Lead data made available by LinkedIn is retained in accordance with LinkedIn's own retention window.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at paulpro.guinard@gmail.com. Where we process data on behalf of a client, we will direct such requests to the relevant client where appropriate.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
